End-to-end energy data intelligence with comprehensive services, from the first site check to continuous monitoring and ESG/CSRD-ready reporting.

Initial analysis & planning
We start by mapping every meter across your site or portfolio, identifying gaps and choosing the most effective setup to ensure maximum coverage. Our goal is to give you near-100% visibility after installation.
Site analysis and/or survey
We survey every site before installation, remotely or on-site, to assess meter compatibility, signal strength, and access points. This ensures seamless deployment with zero operational disruption.
When you provide floor plans, meter photos, and site details upfront, our engineers can complete the assessment remotely. Faster deployment. No site visits. No extra costs.
Pre-configuration
All devices are prepared and configured in our own workshop, tagged with the right metadata and aligned with your site structure. By the time we arrive for installation, everything is plug-and-play, saving time on-site and guaranteeing faster results.

Hardware setup
Our installation team deploys hardware (nanoScope® and nanoGate) across all selected meters, even sealed, old, or legacy models. The setup is wireless and battery-powered, avoiding the need for rewiring, invasive work, or building IT integration.
Connectivity & signal testing
Each gateway is configured and tested to ensure secure, stable data transmission. We typically use GSM or LAN and verify fallback protocols for continuous uptime. Everything is tested end-to-end before handover.
Additional measurement points
When required, we install submeters to close gaps and enable granular analysis. This makes it possible to track usage per tenant, zone, or system, laying the foundation for both optimization and accountability.

Automated data transfer
Once installed, every meter is monitored in real time. We ensure that data flows consistently and is being read at the expected intervals, usually every minute. Any anomaly is flagged before it affects your reports.
Validation & calibration
We calibrate each reading against expected patterns, invoice values, and manual meter checks. If anything’s off, we fix it immediately, so you can trust the data from day one.
Metadata logging
Every device is linked to its physical meter, location, and purpose. Whether you’re tracking transformer-level usage or tenant-level consumption, your data is properly labeled, organized, and easy to retrieve.
External integrations
We offer the ability to integrate from third-party sources: like meter and utility operators. This ensures all relevant data is unified within the nanoGrid platform.
Handover report
Once everything is running, we generate a full technical report. This includes every installed device, signal check, meter location, and configuration. This ensures full traceability for audits and submissions to ESG and frameworks like BREEAM, GRESB, CRREM, and more.

Consolidated SaaS dashboard
All utility data flows into a single, real-time dashboard, accessible anytime, anywhere. View electricity, gas, water, or heat usage across one building or your entire portfolio, minute by minute.
Alerts & notifications
Our SaaS platform automatically detects irregular patterns like nighttime leaks, system inefficiencies, or unusual spikes. You receive real-time alerts so issues can be fixed before costs escalate.
Benchmarking & trend analysis
Compare performance across assets, time periods, or regions. Track your retrofit impact, highlight underperforming sites, and support investment decisions with hard data.
IoT Sensor add-ons (Optional)
You can also monitor environmental data like CO₂, humidity, EV-chargers, or PV output- and visualize it in the same interface. We integrate it seamlessly into your existing dashboard.

Data exports & ESG integrations
We push data into your preferred ESG tools and via API, FTP or CSV. Every reading is traceable, timestamped, and export-ready for full compliance.
PIF: Post Intervention File
For every project, we deliver a validated Post Intervention File. This contains installation specs, serial numbers, timestamps, and meter mapping, aligning with CSRD and BREEAM expectations.
Omnium warranty & future-proof hardware
Thanks to our HaaS (Hardware as a Service) model, all hardware repairs, replacements, and upgrades are covered.
Ongoing support & maintenance
Support doesn't end at installation. We monitor data quality, run remote diagnostics, and maintain accuracy across every site.
Certification support
nanoGrid data supports BREEAM, LEED, and EU Taxonomy reporting. High-quality datasets improve certification scores and simplify compliance. Need help? We'll guide you through submission.

Logistics sites are complex, with high energy use, outdated meters, and scattered data across warehouses, distribution centers, and transport hubs. nanoGrid captures live utility data from every zone, system, and sit, regardless of equipment age or infrastructure setup. You get real-time visibility into consumption patterns, portfolio-wide benchmarking to identify underperformers, and automated ESG reporting that eliminates manual data collection. Track energy, water, and gas across your entire network from one central platform.

Rising energy costs and tight margins make efficiency non-negotiable. nanoGrid gives retailers a clear view of utility usage across every store, warehouse, distribution center, or franchise location. Track consumption in real time, identify waste before it impacts your bottom line, and set automated alerts when usage patterns deviate. Benchmark performance across locations, streamline sustainability reporting, and make data-driven decisions that protect margins without compromising operations.

Care centers demand constant comfort and run intensive HVAC systems around the clock to maintain patient wellbeing. nanoGrid delivers real-time insights into electricity, water, and indoor air quality across facilities. Helping you reduce operational waste without compromising care standards. Benchmark energy performance across your portfolio, identify inefficient sites, and automate compliance reporting for regulatory requirements. Your teams get the data they need to optimize operations while keeping residents comfortable and safe.

Hotels consume energy 24/7 across rooms, kitchens, pools, and public spaces but many still rely on delayed or estimated utility data. nanoGrid centralizes energy-related data from every meter and system for live insights and instant alerts. Improve operational efficiency during peak and off-peak periods, control costs across your property portfolio, and meet sustainability standards with automated reporting. Track guest comfort metrics alongside consumption to balance experience with efficiency.

Office buildings and residential portfolios both need accurate utility data for tenant comfort, transparent billing, and compliance. nanoGrid monitors HVAC, lighting, and air quality in real time across commercial tenants and residential units. Property owners and occupants share one reliable view of building performance. Get per-unit visibility across electricity, gas, water, and heat. Data flows directly into your internal systems, billing platforms, or ESG reporting tools. Eliminating manual reconciliation and tenant disputes.

Leisure parks face extreme seasonal demand with fragmented systems across pools, attractions, kitchens, and facilities. Unmanned sites risk undetected waste or equipment failure without constant oversight. nanoGrid delivers one unified dashboard for live monitoring, automated alerts, and remote control options. Manage demand peaks, detect anomalies before they escalate, and prevent issues even without boots on the ground. Track usage patterns during off-seasons, optimize energy consumption across zones, and keep everything traceable with full audit trails.

nanoGrid adapts to complex environments across industries, even those not listed here. If you don’t see your industry, we’ll still make it work.
